Lighting New competition for Mars-Hydro?

I am a big proponent of Mars-Hydro Leds. IMHO "bang for your buck" there is not much better out there. Though I have been running across this Growstar 450 watt for $159 (289w actual power draw) Seems like a great deal. I do notice that they only have 2 fans I am wondering if there are any other differences.
