I feel using sweet candy from the beginning to the end makes for a better plant is there some similarities to mega crop yes. I have tried it with out it and will never do a run without it. I wait a hour before watering after stirring in sweet candy and Megacrop I make sure she is totally disolved.

Although I just started using the three of them (MC, SC, and BE), I too add all the dry ingredients to the purified water, then wait 2-4 hours to make sure all is dissolved so I get accurate reading of PH and TDS. I am really impressed with the three plants in this run that used all three of the products. Right now, it will be my go nutes regimen until something better and cheaper comes along!

OK peeps I hand water and mix my GL nutes 5 gallons at a time the night b4 putting air stone in over night, I also box my nutes back and forth b4 every feeding making sure 99% of everything I put in the bucket ends up in the plant. Ph to 6.6 and feed like @F.N. said SC is a must have from pop to harvest

I blend my own soil 1 part peat 1 part Burpee grow mix 1 part just natural with amendments on bottom half of pot this grow I'm feeding 3 to 5 times a day 16 to 32 oz per feeding

Sweet Candy and MEGA CROP are not very similar at all as far as ingredients go. very different products! cheers!

I just thought being a all in one that you would have Incorporated some of what is in sweet candy I thought they were using some of the same amino acids but sweet candy is using L grade amino acid IAM just learning.

I hope all it well. If I have a ppm reading of 27 from my tap water and I want 125-150ppm using mega crop. How do achieve it. This my starting point before I add mega and dose. Should just use the Cal and ppm my water then ppm my dose ? Or will mega crop take care of the Cal for me? Growing in coco and hydro.

yeah, there is a small overlap in ingredients, but mostly they are very different !

Just use addition. 150 + 27 = 177ppm should be your goal.

I'm sorry for my confusion and thank you for your fast answer. So 177 would be my base and then I want to start my first feeding at 300 I would just add 128ppm to the 177 ppm = 300.

Then when I want to increase my mega crop to feeding 500. Take that same 177ppm and add 323ppm for 500ppm.
and so on or am I off. If I'm off can you just put it another way thank you.
