Hi @68grasshopper, that's correct. Unfortunately we have to charge VAT on UK and EU orders but this was clearly written in the pricing when we released it- £340.00+ VAT and shipping. Even with VAT the Telos-0008 for the performance per watt is half the cost of most lights in the same performance group!

Hi all,

Either buy the lights or don't its up to you all. Tax if a Fooker but its on everything we buy in some shape or form and what we earn. The fookin tax man gets part of my wage the same time as me. Helps Keep all the sick, lame and lazy going. It did say plus VAT in the original sales advert so hey why gripe now. The price to me seems reasonable for a high end led. Just need now to find out if they can stand up to all the hype. I bought two to replace a 600w HP's that I run along side a few HS1s so fingers xd.

I wasn't asking for your opinion mate,it was just a bit of a shock.
I'm just tired of being arse rapped by the government and it's because we all stand by with our cheeks spread waiting for it lol.
Ps I've already purchased two lights but it doesn't mean I should happy about paying that amount of tax .
As you said we pay tax on everything.

As the original thread starter it's Great to see these bad boys finally coming into action !

Haven't had much time to keep up to date on the thread as I've been away for a while.

my space is currently off line for various safety reasons!

But once I'm back in action - I'll be grabbing a pair of these for sure - which will see the end to my two original GN lights which have done me proud !!!

Can only imagine the potential upgrade for now - but I'm fairly confident it will be BIG !!!

Happy growing GN family
