Defoliate??Noooooo (j/k) LMFAO!!awesome man!! lovely wee giants ya got as usual LOL!!Defoliate imo can mean anything from single blades of leaves to pieces of blades or even in more rare cases the whole leaf.but ppl often think of whole leaf defoliation when its mentioned.but thats not always the case.I dunno what Brother TaNg man is doing but thats also what I do too.works really nice imo to fill in them small imperfect gaps that really take off.beautful job, I hate you ..not really :Sharing One:

Not something I would ever recommend bro it's to controversial but if I have a short bushy plant I will nip off a few of the more light obstructing leaves.

Power rates vary depending on where you are; but a device drawing X kW per hour when people typically pay X per kW hour is a pretty standard way to figure out your energy cost. What I pay where I live isn't going to be what you pay where you live.
