Hello all new grower here. Hopefully within the next few weeks I will have everything I need so I can start but for now here is my setup. I'll be growing in a 2x2x5 under a 125 watt fluorescent cfl until I can save enough to order cobs, 4" inline fan with speed controller,phresh filter and a small clip on fan. I would like to use soil but also want to try and keep things simple for now. Any recommendations?

Welcome to the AFN Army. READ READ READ so much info on this site its crazy. Set up your tent with everything in it and check your temps. Should be around 75 and either get a ph pen and stick or use ph perfect nutrients . Is too much to tell lol just do your research and handle the bumps as you go.

Recently ive been playing with megacrop in soil. Its a 1 part mix all thru or you can add their bloom to the mix. Super cheap and you can get enough for 1 or 2 plants of megacrop for free (like 3 to 6 bucks for shipping).

Checked into megacrop since you mentioned and have some coming my way. Man you guys rock! I can't wait to share my journey!
