Hey guys so I'm about 30 days into my grow.

Started noticing a weird cupping or harsh bending of my upper and middle leaves the past week or so. It mostly effects only new leaf growth it seems.

One leaf is so bad it looks like it might collapse in on itself and fall off.

Firs time grower and from my search online suggested it can be a slew of things so I figured I'd look here for maybe a more direct response.

Any help is much appretiated. Thanks!

can you explain a little about your setup, lighting, etc?? that would help a little bit

The Setup

4x4x7 Grow Tent
600W Apollo HPS/MH Light
6" CanFan
6" Vivosun Carbon Filter
Humidifier

The soil

Organic Coast of Maine
Tomato-tone
Garden Lime
Kelp meal
Acid Mix (for Ph)
Crab Meal
Peat moss
5 Gallon Smart Pots
Pur filtered tap water

Hopefully this helps. Copy and paste to the rescue. (Got it off my grow journal) lol

lol, what is humidity & temps inside tent? also what's your light distance from them?

oops i forgot to ask what ph you have water at and at feedings? do you happen to own a ph meter? please say yes, hehehehe

Solid humidity and temp levels throughout so far.

Humidy-48%-70%
Temp- 72F-84F

I have a PH meter and that soil is reading between 6.5-6.8.

Light distance is about 2.5 feet from tallest plant which is towering over my 3 others.

My tallest plant is 2 feet while the others are about a foot and a quater now.

the plant your having an issue with is that one of your shorter plants? have you raised them so they all kinda at same height?

it almost looks like it's to wet to me, when you watered it last? does soil feel wet? do you give it dry-time in-between waterings?

also the mh/hps your using does it have a glass covering lamp? or open style? 2 1/2 feet does seem a bit far away to me.

I'm not familiar with HPS but the only thing i can think of is the light may be to close but someone with more experiance with hps will show up and have a better idea.
