Hi I tried too and agree that it's sluggish...

I did a tracert (tracert www.mephistogenetics.com) on your domain and it takes fifteen hops to get there from US which is not too bad but the routers it's passing through are slow... High latency.

I've just got an internal server error trying to access the shop Mitch but can view other pages... and it does seem fairly slow to load (could be my end!)

ive been asked by the hosting company if I'm seeing any improvements in loading times now,

45 -20 seconds load time per page from my location in the US on fairly fast cable.

I agree it is slow, I think too many animations doesnt help. Kind of feels like a teenager developed it in that aspect. Sometimes less is more....
