Hi guys as the post says i have a led panel 300w 5w diode and a part has gone and i need to replace no warranty. I have plugged and unplugged many parts and it is this part that needs replacing i think it is a driver?????
Well, knowing the brand or manufacturer will help ya. Like most electronic parts, there should be some sets of numbers and letters on the case of the blown led driver. Start throwing those numbers and letters into Google and eventually you'll find a match Also on the driver should hopefully be input and output wattage and voltage, the output is what's important if you're gonna replace it with another different driver, which is what ya might have to do.
That's a driver.Try switching one of the other drivers that work to the lights that don't work and if the lights go on then that is for sure what you need.
I did switch the part namvet and it is definately the part in the picture I have googled the model number and found nothing and ebay come up with loads of parts none of which look like the part in question. confused.com
Hmm, not sounding too hopeful at this point. If ya really want to fix it, instead of just selling it off as broken and replacing it, then you will probably have to replace it with a generic led driver. To do this, it should have an output watts listed somewhere on the driver. They never make panels to run at 100%, just because it gets too hot and breaks too fast. So if it's a "300w" panel and has 2 drivers, then the drivers are quite possibly 100w drivers. That's a start
Hey lozbian, I am about to walk down to my grow room at the moment but give me a couple of hours and I will see what I can find. I have a few places that I purchase electronics parts that may have one. Nice picture! Those numbers are all I need.
