Hello again,

This is DP Blue Auto Mazar. It is 45 days old, grown in biobizz soil under 600hps, temp is around 28 degrees, it has started with these spots and coloration 4 days ago from top yet it is coming down to lower leafs quickly.

My last fed was: 3ml/L biogrow, 3ml/L biobloom, 1ml/L CalMag. the runoff water is around 6.4 and the intake water is 6.6

I have checked many pages to know what's the case, but I got confused between nute burns, pH fluctuations, and other problems.

What do you think fellas!??

I would say that is a calcium def. I see you are using cal/mag, are you using tap water or distilled/RO water? Take a leaf that appears to have just a slight amount of damage, look at the underside with the light behind it. It will make the leaf semitransparent and you should be able to see small dots and/or holes. It is a handy trick to check during the onset, but may help now too. How long have the symptom been going on? Can you take a closer picture too please. If you are testing the pH properly, it should not be the issue. Here is a great guide to testing soil pH another quickie reference for run-off testing, and pH estimation...
Till later, take care.

Thanks Fuggzy. I use drinkable groundwater. It has 7.8-8.0 pH, yet after adding Biobizz nutes, it gets down to 6.6 pH and the runoff is 6.4 pH. Symptoms started 5 days ago and expanding towards the medium leaves.
I will upload more photos soon.

Thanks again

No Problem Antony. I'm no guru at diagnosing, just going on personal experiences, and research.

I pretty sure we have all been at that point, and most of us will be there again.:d5: Some problems share similar symptoms, and it can get very confusing. So after a bit of reading, I would guess your groundwater would contain a fair amount of Ca., and with the added cal/mag, I question a Ca def myself. Although not all ground water is the same, Ca seems to be pretty common.

Are you using any kind of sprays, oil or water based? Might it be splash damage? Have you seen any insects on the leaves or in the soil? Some insects are to small to see, if you have a scope of some kind, even a magnifying glass, it may help. I got something like this on amazon for ~$11. Not the best for thrich examining, but great for leaves.

Are you using anything for a micro nutrients? Sorry if none of this help, but these are the questions I check when I have a problem. I'll keep an eye on this, but it may take someone with more experience. Till later, take care.:smoking:

Thanks again Figzzy, She is better now, leafs discoloration stopped at certain point after adding CalMag. I'm pretty sure my ground water has already a good amount of Ca.
I don't think I have insects issue. Always do my checking a similar microscope.
So far so good. I will let you know if anything comes up.

Cheers buddy
