hey everyone, I just signed up today and wanted to introduce myself real quick. I'm D_lowsky and I've got 2 photoperiod grows under my belt and I'm in the middle of my third photo grow. I just got back from Amsterdam and brought back with me 3 auto Glueberry OGs and 3 auto Cinderella Jacks from Dutch passion with pleasure. But before that! I've got two freebies from before- dinafem blue cheese- and I wanted to test these first before the Dutch passion seeds. I had started an auto grow last year with dinafem but I went out of town after the second week and When I got back it was a lost cause so I'm not even counting that one. So that was just a quick intro i hope everyone has a good one!

Ps: I was wondering for the two blue cheese, what's your guys thoughts? 2- 1gal smart pots or one 5 gal smart pot?

For the Dutch passion normally I'll be planning on using 3 gal for each seed unless there's better

Hi mate,
and welcome! this is a great site, full of helpful sorts. They'll keep you right.
I'm the last person to give advice, my two crops last year were destroyed by the dreaded mold! lessons learned hopefully. I'll be growing outside in 7 litre pots: Dinafem WW XXL and Critical+ 2.0. Both autos.
Good luck!

hi and welcome :pass:

both dinafem and DP have their own sections on here.
have a look around,if you get stuck pop into live stoners for assistance.
good luck.

Hey man, welcome to AFN and good to have you aboard bro! Grats on your previous grows and you've come to the correct place for your auto (really growing in general) needs! You will not find a nicer, more accepting, more helpful place on the internet.

Autos can take a beating and will grow in many different conditions, however I don't think it's recommended to grow in anything below 2gal unless its for fun/sport.

Like Archie said, 3gal is the average. Many opt for 5 and even 7 somewhat commonly. Generally, the larger the pot the bigger the plant. This of course depends on how you feed/water/etc and allow those roots to take advantage of that extra space.
:welcome:
