Mention of financial gain can be a touchy subject, best avoided and everything else should be plain sailing.

I'm a hobby grower which means I grow for my own use, reasons why are so I don't have to buy my smoke from dodgy dudes, better quality and to save spending my hard earned cash on often inferior product and not to forget, I just love growing . As a result I try to be stealthy as possible, there are a lot of hobby growers here and talking about making money out of growing ,can set the alarm bells ringing.

Commercial grows yes people do it , but as the saying goes "loose lips, sinks ships" in every aspect of your life this info should be kept on the down low.

Don't be offended by the comments, it just shows people are thoughtful about this aspect of growing, you will get all the support you need in the forums.

Buying good seed stock is a worth while investment, There are times in the past, when I myself have spent on my grow and have gone without for a couple of weeks. Tough at the time but when my crop was ready it was a time of plenty.

Hope you will stick around, you'll find AFN is a great community, It doesn't take long to realize the vibe here is amazing, and it is good to have you on board.

what's up back to the game I hope to see you grow as soon as you get it going on there's a strain from Dutch passion called think different big heavy yeilder...I don't know or care to know what you do with the bud after its harvest but I'm more than happy to discuss the growing process with you..I think just some of these people here are trying to protect the sites image..I hope you choose to stick around I would love to see how your grou turns out

I'm very sorry to see that you got started on the wrong foot here at AFN and am frankly disappointed at some of the responses in this thread. Yes, we have people here who do commercial grows but we generally don't talk about it for obvious reasons. We pride ourselves in carrying a helpful, friendly vibe, which unfortunately wasn't displayed in this thread. I think you will be hard pressed to find another forum which is dedicated to autos the way we are here.

I don't think LR would be the best choice for your purposes. They tend to be small and mid potency at best. I would suggest you take a look at the Short Stuff line. They are one of the few seed banks that offer all their strains in both regular and feminized versions and are reasonably priced. Buy some regulars and grow out a male. Use the pollen from it to dust one of the lower branches of a female. One small branch can easily yield 50 or 60 seeds. That will keep you going for awhile.

I think a more professional way of dealing with this kind of situation would be for no one respond to the actual thread and for maybe a admin to private message this man with some hints and tips of how to be a little more stealth

If I was out of place, I'm sorry. Some days i am cranky but mostly I'm a real nice guy. Some days I'm an ass. And I never know how it is going to be until I am there.

So dude how about you just ask about growing autos and forget the money and such or just keep it to yourself. If you grow good weed, everything falls into place. Or at least it seems to.
