New to DWC and having an issue

glad to here it TD .:High 5:when your in bloom is ok to drift upto 6.0 from 5.8 :smokebuds:good luck man:Cushty:

Thanks as soon as they heal from the devastation I caused them I will enter them into bloom. Hopefully by Sep. 10th-11th. I don't want them getting to big im aiming for smaller more manageable plants next grow

Update on DWC ladies in tent. Things are turning around now. Just did a res. change today

PH: 5.8
PPM 700
Using G.H. Grow Micro Bloom
Bot. Cal-Mag+ 1 1/2 tsp/gallon
3 gallons r/o water in each 5 gallon bucket
plants are about 16 inches tall and filling in nicely. Got an extra light in there now so they are receiving lots and lots between the 2 240watt led's and the 450 watts worth of T5's. ss.jpgssss.jpgsss.jpgsssss.jpgsssssss.jpg

Yeah haha ill edit it I don't think they would be looking to good and green at 6.8....Woops

Just picked up another 4x4 tent today and next week hopefully a 4x8. I will be using them for autos. I will do 2 in the 4x4's and 5-6 in the 4x8. I swapped some of my cutting with my buddy for his tents so no cost to me :D:

Hey Vira, just wanted to give yo another update of the DWC girl. Thanks to your help I have a beautiful lady that I am starting to love more then my wife. :Thank You: I am hooked now and I am heading to the shop hopefully today to get the stuff I need to build a 6 site system then maybe onto a 12. My buddy who owns the local hydro shop is trying to get me to buy his under current system but the sites are 30 gallon which is to big for my current area where I want them. They are made for monster plants 6'+ so the 6 5 gallon sites will be better for now.

Her feeding:
GH Flora
Grow, Micro, Bloom @ 2tsp/gallon ''Transition to bloom''
Bot. Cal-mag+ 1 1/2 tsp/gallon
R/O Water starting @ 8ppm and once nutrients are mixed in im at 900ppm
PPM 900
PH 5.8 and seems to be pretty stable only rising to 5.9 once in a while but it seems im adding about 3 liters of feed water a day. I would only add plain ph'd water but my ppm's drop quickly too so im guessing that's from her being very hungry. So over all she's looking good and I thank you. I plan to put 3 Think Different and 3 BAM in the 6 site system I plan to build. I have most of the things I need but I need a larger air compressor. I have a 45 l pump running one bucket and from what I read its over kill but I like the amount of oxygen they get so I plan to buy the huge Active Aqua 110l pump but im worried because even my 45l one makes a lot of heat. If you or anyone has an suggestions on good pumps that run cooler let me know. Noise is not an issue I don't care if it sounds like a Harley lol I just want a lot of air and not hot air...
Anyways here is some picture I took last week of her and now she's just showing pre-flowers

Haha I did it again. yeah 5.8 I fixed it bro thanks for letting me know anyways. Yeah I don't think it would look to good at 6.8-6.9

Looking good bro, nice to see her recover so well - looks super healthy now..as for air pumps I'm not sure there are any that actually run cool, they all tend to heat up some but it's more about what you can do to the pump to make it pump cold air into the bucket. Personally I use an air con unit which I can set from 16-24 degrees celsius, this gives me good control over the water temp and you can adjust it as needs be. Another alternative is keeping it inside something cold, Vira for example put one of his pumps into an old refrigerator to keep the air pumping cool..might not be viable but a couple things to think about :peace:
