Haha! Thanks for the input guys. Its a big help. Im considering gettin rid of the foil but my walls arent true white (could do with a lick of paint) BUT I think I may be getting hot spots? (pics will follow).
Im also hoping to add a new light in the next couple of weeks.
UPDATE: Im now 4weeks in an preflowers are showing (I think. Im seeing white pistils an both have a nice weed smell!)
Im continuing to feed tomorite every watering, which is when the pot is dry, roughly 3-4days. Plants are looking good.
Just wondered if the height, leaves etc are "on schedule" . I know its hard to say due to strain etc but with my setup, from 40-60g plants, how much do you think I could yield? Just a lil curious.
Last question. Im seeing really tiny gnat like things in my grow room (sectioned off wardrobe lol) is this anything to do with the plants an will they be a problem? A friend spotted a ladybug in my room an suggested I put iit n the grow room which I did (after some research) but it may have escaped lol.

Expecting you to yield 80~ grams, maybe more, maybe less.
Gnats can be an issue. Watering nutrients with every schedule is a bit much, not sure what everyone here does. But I personally feed nutrients once or twice per week, definitely not with every watering as imo the nutrients can "build up" and cause issues later on. Everything seems fine for that age by the way.
Gnats have a short life span and if you kill the eggs (larvae) you'll kill the gnats. Just allow your soil to dry out completely for a few extra days (say your soil drys out in 3 days, let it dry out for 5 days) it might hurt the plant a bit but it'll kill the eggs as they need a moist environment to thrive. Alternatively, you can purchase neem oil and use accordingly with guides here on AFN. Neem is oil is 100% safe, non-toxic & has worked wonders for a lot of people for 95% of pests. You dilute it with water and spray on plant.

Hello im not an expeet or anything but 125w for that size area is crazy low i realise this is the light you have and probably won't change but what about putting in a false wall or something along them lines? As fluorecents are not all that intense and cant travel too far, so if your walls are closer light can bounce off the walls too therefore using what light you do have much more effiecently. Only food for thought. Either way good luck and if you dont mind i might pull up a chair and watch this one

Just an update: Ive done what Bigtm suggested an removed the foil. Not sure but I think its helped. Theyve grown quite a bit. I stopped LST as it didnt seem to make much difference.
Theres a nice weed smell coming from the plants now.
Im hoping to get another light soon so its at least 125w each plant an maybe some calmag.
