Hey guys, I've got a question and I would appreciate any feedback.

I've got a 4 ft fluorescent light fixture above a workbench in my garage that I'd like to turn into a little grow area. Can I just put in a couple of new 6500k grow tubes like the one below?

Or do I need to use other lightling? If this works, that would be great. It's already hung and I could just swap out the existing lights.

Thanks guys! Smoke 'em if you got 'em! :toke:

Should be perfect... It's only 52 watts? Might wanna add another one aswell. Need atleast 100watts per plant.

52 watts X 2 lights would equal 100+ Watts, correct? Not sure how that works. Thanks for your reply!

Yea 2 ought to handle it. Yea you'll be getting 104watts which should've perfect for a single plant.. Just try to keep the plant close to the light as you can.. Also if you can get some Mylar (aka emergency blanket) (3 dollars at Walmart) and square it of around the lights and plant and it will keep warmth and reflect more light! Good luck :):pimp:
