I injected half a syringe (6cc) each bag. Supposedly only need 3-4ccwell that stinks and I could see that just another step to mess up. I was just curious had no idea I knew what you were trying to do. Does it matter how much you inject into the bag?
Seeing as I don't remember you mentioning using a SAB, you did pretty good. Shame about that one not fruiting at all. Possibly not enough oxygen?I think so. Pretty sure. But I think it ups the chances for contamination. Goal here was just to get something to finish. Other bag I had never fruited anything. I have no idea why. Turned totally white but nothingi have 2 bags I just started and might try doing 1 of them in a tub
I was thinking that but still didn't grow anything even after I opened the bag. Maybe I should have dumped it into a tub... No SAB. Just wiped off a chest freezer in the basement and put aluminum foil over it and sprayed with iso. Wear a mask, and make sure you've got on a fresh shirt without any pet hair on it. Spray down your arms and gloves and make sure to get into all the cervices in the bag
Pretty sure that's gonna be it for this bag since the top of the block is pretty dark and I think that's from spores dropping off the mushrooms due to me picking them a little too late. I'll get a picture of it tomorrow. But thrilled how this experiment turned out
