Grow Room Nirvana Northern Lights

Well. My photo grow of Aurora Indica went nowhere. The two AI beans were old and they just didn't want to pop. I normally get a 100% germination on all my Nirvana seeds, but not this time.

I went through my bean collection and I came upon two Northern Lights auto-fems.

They are now in moist paper-towel resting on a seedling heating pad. I also put the paper towel inside a zip log bag. The zip lock is sitting on a small dish to keep the seeds warm, but not too hot.

Wish me luck. It will be good to get a auto-grow in. My last grows have been photos. Not many visitors in the photo forum.

The set up is the same as all the rest of my grows. SuperBox, CFLs, Coco Loco Soil, Technaflora nutrients, municipal water de-chlorinated and pH'd to 6.0-6.5. I have one more Nirvana Flower Tab that I'll be using. That's about it.

Success. The Nirvana Northern Lights bean germed in 2 two days and is now resting in a 3 gallon SmartPot with a 65w cfl Blue light. Will be going 24 hours of light until she gets bigger (around 2 weeks) then I'll bring the light time down to 18/6 for Veg. Will be circle LSTing her around the SmartPot. This will keep her very low to the ground. Once she circles the SmartPot. I'll through her in FLOWER. Will be using the Nirvana Flower Tab too.

Circle Low Stress training



This will be my guide for Low Stress Training. I've wanted to do this since I've started indoor growing. My Northern Light is in a 3 gallon Smartpot. The container is rather wide and I'll be able to do a good circle LST on her. Keeping her low before she goes into FLOWER is the key.

Looking forward to this baylee! There isn't an exact science to LST, so just watch how she reacts to that initial main cola bend. I've grown a plant that as soon as I did the first bend the lower growth just took off so trying to circle the pot wasn't really feasible. Just do little bits at a time every day and keep tucking the fan leaves and enjoy tying her down! I love seeing LST in action :thumbs:

My 2nd attempt at NL autoflower. That grow went without a hitch. This grow will be LST's to the max. I've got the time to spend babying her. Put her in the Coco Loco soil on Saturday. She's still hiding out, but she'll should be popping out in a day or two. My wife is kinda pissed that I've started another grow. She'll get over it.

Nirvana Northern Light Popped



There she is.:tiphat: Just popped out within the last 12 hours of checking this morning. She's under a 65w cfl Blue. Let the fun begin.
