No bud autos

Hi guys. First time grower and for this site. Lots a good info for sure. I had a similar issue with my autos. 9 weeks in and no bud. They look healthy AF! Just no flowering... Gonna go woth 20/4 and some defoliation and see what happens... any additional info?

My gorilla from auto seeds needed 12 / 12. I have gorilla shizzle from short stuff now, but their plants all get so massive; im ok with growing larger plants now.

5 days and did you switch to 12hrs on and 12hrs off. Also dont open tent while lights are off either.

I started 4 hours and switched to 12. Rooms nice n dark. I have a small hatch open on the bottom for fan air to blow through.
How long does it normally take for flower once you switch?
