New Grower No Clue

This girl has survived in spite of me and has done quite well under the circumstances until now . Two days ago I gave her a drink and the following day this is what I was presented with . I just know somebody here will recognize the problem if there is a problem .I have some suspicions but would like to hear from people that may have seen this before . I must confess that the seedling was planted in previously used potting soil .I have also done the unpardonable by replanting her in some Pro-mix BX . God I love this game . P.S. this is an auto jack

Hi Bear

How much feed are you giving her and at what PH?
How old is the plant now?

I would guess that the yellowing could be down to being under fed, but i'm not a pro mix user and those leaf twists look a bit funky too! Hope someone else will be able to diagnose better with a little more info.
