Well they look great with the pH they're getting to be honest.
They just don't look ready to me.
I have a few questions, why are you running 12/12 if they're autos and you have CFLs? The more light they get the more the buds will fill in and mature. 60 days is not long enough for a harvest IMO, especially on a 12/12 schedule you actually wind up extending the time needed for autos.
Is there any way to ask your brother what the nutrients are? You don't want to feed veg nutes to a flowering plant as it'll give you buds that are more like sprigs also the curling and upside down taco effect on the leaves is from excessive nitrogen during flower, so ask which nutes are which if you can get a hold of him.. I'd say to go
at least another 20-30 days. Do you feed some from each of the 3 bottles? Your watering schedule is perfect, not too dry, not too wet!
Without a means of monitoring your pH how do you intend on to do a pH'd water flush if you don't mind me asking?
If you get something this -

You can check your trichomes which are the majority of the plants psychoactive properties - you would gauge how these look to know when the best time to harvest is..
These are magnified trichomes, take note of the images on the left - notice they are pretty clear looking at the bulbous parts?
This is the same marijuana, look at the trichomes now. Look nice and milky, that's a good time to harvest. You want minimal to NO clear trichomes as these are underdeveloped.
