Think of them big ol' fan leafs as solar panels for your lady. Tucking them is the preferred method IMHO. Cutting them not only sends shock to the lady but cuts off future food for late flower production. Hence the reason they yellow and die off at the end of her life cycle, at the end she starts pulling all the stored food in those leafs to give her final hurrah! tons of grow karma sent your way!

post a pic of your plants so we can see what your workin with air pump /stone .. don't remember I posted it somewhere but you don't need anything too fancy just find one that has a 'volume' knob, 2-4 outlets depending in how many plants you have ...air stone, cylinder style works best for me although I did buy a stick one that I'm liking

I'm not growing dwc right now but after seeing how your girls are doing i decided i'm going to give it a try for my next grow so i'm trying to figure out all the supplies i need to do so but at a very minimal cost. I'm probably going to try to get everything i need from Walmart except for nutrients, rock wool, and pebbles which i can get from my local hydroponics store.

quick update on my plants and I picked up some Black Strap Molasses today. Any opinions on how much I should use per gallon of water?

I use one tbls per gallon,others may do it different but I find this to work for me.
