what kind of water are you using ?
what kind of water are you using ?
look at ph as a teeter totter to visualize
on one side there are + hydrogen =cautions
on the other side there are - hydrogen=anions
through the exchange of theese are the reasons ph changes
if tooo many + are used for example ph rises because of the abundance of - atoms still present
bicarbs add - atoms and if enough + aren't introduced you will have a constant rise in ph
hope i made this long discussion sorta short and easier to understand
What can i do to balance the + - atoms ?how do i manage bibcarbs? I am so sick of having to ph down in my res its such a pain in the ass and res changing / dumping phd water over the hydroton isnt helping much it just buys me some time, im starting to go crazy over this....and yeah the plastic is in a drip hole delivering water to the seedling and i constantly rotate from hole to hole to even things out root wise an inch or so away will do okay? Ill take a pic an throw it up can you tell me what you think? The roots are majority to the right, in the second picture yu see where im pointing? Thats where there heading kind of growing like this ---> \ <----- so im trying to get roots to grow toward the side that they arent lol what do you think ?
