Indoor Northern Lights Blue Auto-Waterfarm-LED

I thought about the ice cube thing actually, and it would def be a PITA. So then i learned of the ollddd fill a poland spring bottle with water, freeze it and throw it in trick haha, i guess as long as the roots arnt in direct contact with it it will be okay? Should be impossible later in the grow hopefuly!! But you couldnt have said it better shes gunna hopefully really accelerate the pace here, my only true fear at this point is that the plant gets too large, im going to try to prevent this by all means but i know that plants in a water farm can easily stuff a 3x3 tent no problem and mines a little under half that size lololol

Okay quick update
Changed my lights from 18/6 to 19.5/4.5 due to the recent lighting thread with the poll 20/4 is dominating and well i have never seen anyone do the 19.5/4.5 so the hell with it lol im gunna do it.
Also, did a res change
305 ppm 1/2 strength (.75ml) flora micro, grow, and bloom along with 2.5 ml of magical as well as 5 ml of sugar daddy
Ph 5.6
Res Temp 65.5 *f
Air temp 82
Rh - 40%
And the blackstar is shining bright despite the shitty weather in the armpit of the country!!

I just advise ice trays because they are easy to manage and you can take as many as you need

the idea of a bottlt is nice when they are you nger but honestly when they are larger you need to top res any way and w/ the ice cubes they melt lower temps and add to the fresh water depleted
rember when using ice bottle it will raise the res height but not add to the water amount so you will need to guage the dif to know how much extra to top off
thats the only reason the bottle doesn't really do the best it could
but it will add res height to lower mix needed if you were wanting to go that route till they get larger
ice trays are pita but chuck some in on your way out the door and in the after noon it will help
you can buy res chillers also ?? but unless res temps aren't managable it is just another cost and ice cubes are laborsome BUT cheap:)

As far as the reading on the thread goes, im thankful and hopeful for more of the same to appear and for more people to put in there :2cents:
Stay tuned tomorrow is the two week mark if im not mistaken ever since yesterdays res change shes really starting to take off

Looking good so far man :D you're in for a treat! My northern light blues are loaded with dense tastey buds

Just wondering if anyone knew how long it took for the roots to grow large enough that they no longer needed to be hand watered, and reach the drip ring i removed my "dripper" and it seems to be doing okay after a couple of hours , what does everyone think??
