New Grower Odd plant

Well the girls have been given their second feeding after the first I saw no change in one girl so gave her abit extra now she looks like she's abit nute burnt but she's still really pale compare to the rest? I thought feeding would solve this it has every other time I've had a plant start to go lighter green
