New Grower Odour Eliminator/ufo led

Question for you guys and gals

What would you recommend for an odour eliminator in a small cabinet

dimensions:

28'' inches height (a shelf is dividing the height into 14" inches...both halfs would require a odour eliminator)
16'' inches deep
30'' inches width

any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Also would a 90 watt ufo led be sufficient for that dimension?
