Amnesia Haze Autoflower

She's just the most amazing Cannabis Autoflower I've ever grown.
The Genetics of this strain are at full steam ahead. Totally at her best. The main stem is over two inches in diameter. The branches are each a massive cola. With tons of large popcorn buds. She's only under a 400 W Super HPS. Went over 700 PPM and got leaf tip burn. She's at 660 PPM that lasts her the entire week. The Rez pH has also been stable the entire week. 5.8 to 6.3. Hovering at 6.1. Drinking 3/4 a gallon a day. She's in a full 8 Gallons of nutrient solution. @Muddy mentioned letting her drink up the Rez nutrient solution and not top off as she gets into late Flower(?). Mimics late Autumn for her(?). Her pH has been very stable. Drinking and eating about the same. I could let her go for quite awhile without any real PPM or pH issues.
Started Swell nutrient last Rez change.
CYCO Bloom A&B (50%)
CYCO Swell (66%)
UC Roots (66%)
That's all she's getting. When making up the nutrient solution for the weekly Rez change; it's has been pretty much pH perfect at 6.1 w/o any additional pH down. Will drop pH to 5.8 just at the Rez change start. Then she stays pretty much stable at 6.1-6.3
Slight leaf tip burn from going over 700 PPM.
Using regular Old Tap Water (PPM 90)(Mountain Lake reservoir) that's sometimes keep open for 24 hours and sometimes straight out of the tap.

Excellent job on the defol bay, that is exactly how I would've done it.

And holy shit bro, you have packed out that space with thick colas. I think the defol is not only out of choice, but necessity as I bet the rh had rocketed with all that leaf material.

It's; All good things must come to an end. Put the AH-A in her pre-harvest Flush. She's ready and it's tough getting her out of the grow area w/o damaging the colas or her massive roots. Another week of nutrients really isn't going to do much; test vaped a nice pop corn bud (7 out of 10)...trichomes are cloudy with a bit of clear. By the end of her flush she should be cloudy all over.

Getting nothing in the way of nutrients, Water only. Tap H2O is @90. The Rez PPM is @ 120. pH @ 6.0-6.5; 7ml per gallon UC Roots to keep everything sterile. The flush will go for a full week.

Great grow. You really knocked it out of the park on this one. Now that you've done a full run with the UC Roots I'm curious to hear what you think of it. I think it's a great product, just a bit pricey for use on the scale that I would need.

Had no issues with root rot, pH/PPM fluctuations. Steady grow. Got her now in water only and 7ml per gallon of UC Roots; she's doing a "Muddy" (yellowing up nice and slow) on her final week of DWC. I really believe the UC Roots was more of a benefit to the size of this Amazon of an autoflower than the CYCO nutrients. PPM's were only in the 550-600's. In fact 500 PPM would of been ideal.

There is no need to worry about using too much UC Roots. I did 5ml-7ml per gallon each Rez change; also would through in another 1ml-3ml half way through the week just to keep things sterile and clean.

I'd not go beneficial over sterile. Sterile is really the only way; thanks for the recommendation.

This will be my last DWC until the Fall. I may do one later in the Summer, but we had a good heat spell last week. It was tough to keeps things cool.

Doing an IDK grow of @Mehpisto beans that I have no idea what strain they are. the bean I.D.'s are unknown because I put them all together w/o a label.

Coco Loco; 3 gallon SmartPots. Soil is going to be easier this Summer and I have to use up my ($$$$$) Organic nutrients.

Wanted to go another week, but she had to be harvested.

Roots Organic; 3 gallon SmartPots. Soil is going to be easier this Summer and I have to use up my ($$$$$) Organic nutrients.

Sterile is so much easier than trying to control organics, mixing teas, etc. Since I switched it's really simplified my grow. The nutrients are immediately available to the plant, no waiting for them to be broken down. That alone makes it easier to give the plant exactly what it needs while keeping your pH in balance. Max ppm is also affected by your aeration. The more air you push, the lower the ppm you will need. My system came with a 60 lpm pump, which delivers am aeration rate of .92 liters per minute per gallon. If I up it to 1.5 lpm per gallon max my ppm requirements drop by 50%. Something to consider when discussing nutrient schedules and strengths. If your aeration rate is different from the other guy, what works for him might not work for you.

I've been thinking of throwing a couple plants outdoors. They haven't flown here in 3 years, not since the sheriff's son got busted two years in a row. I've got some of LBH's haze seeds that get pretty big. Might throw a couple in 10 gallon pots.

lol, everything I've grown from Mephisto has been very good, so no worries. You can't go wrong.

Need to remind everyone who just tuned in; that this yield is from one Amnesia Haze Autoflower.
Yield: 166 grams (5.85 ounces)
One week hung whole. Then buds trimmed off and put into two Tupperware style tubs for a few days. Then it's jarred for the cure.
Very little sugar leaf trim. The Ganja is for my personal use. No need for "Bag Appeal".

My 1st (kind of) DWC Hydro Grow.
Fluffy bud. Very sticky. Sweet floral with a citrus hint of orange blossom and grapefruit. Spicy herbs; fennel, thyme and pepper.

Has Head effect, uplifting, thought provoking. Good old spacey, psychedelic feel. It's not called Amnesia for nothing.
