I have rock wool cubes that came with the Hydro set up. The usual Hydro set up kit. This SuperPonic tank is not as deep as I thought. Haven't measured any water; but it cannot be more than 5 gallons. Two plants tops in this small set up.
Changing the 1st grow to the Amnesia Haze Autoflower... @Frank Rizzo is doing the Haze in his 1st ever grow,,he's inspired me to do the same Amnesia Haze for my 1st try at Hydro..DWC/Top Feed.

Yeah I think 2 would be max. I would probably run them on opposite sides of the tank to keep the roots from getting jumbled up too...just my 2¢.

Train them to grow to the center.

Using the outside corner holes of the SuperPonics. Only two plants are going to be grown. That gives me the empty center to train the plants to be in the center of the Grow area. Directly under the 400w Super HPS.
That's what I meant by training the plants.

That sounds like a good deal. Gives you plenty of room for training and growth.
