Live Stoner Chat Older newbie in Oregon

Hey welcome E3

I guess by your introduction, the fact that you're on the wiser side of the scale you've attracted attention from a lot of the heavier hitters on this site.

I look forward to seeing what you do and hopefully I can help you in some small way.

I'm heading over to checkout your grow journal link now. Don't worry bro, we'll have you ready for that cannabis cup ;)

There is some tip burn due to unseasonably high temperatures, but I am pleased with how she is progressing. Only a few leaves have been pulled after yellowing. It's a waiting game now for full maturity.

Thanks for the nice words!

Hey E3, firstly belated welcome to AFN. I've just been reading through your journal and your describing exactly how I felt growing my first auto, just like an excited expectant parent. I come from a fairly long history of growing photo's outdoors and was totally blown away by what the auto's are capable of, I'll only grow auto's indoors from now and leave the photo's to the mould and bugs (I'm from the UK crap for later flowering strains).
anyway best of luck for the rest of the grow your nearly there and your next one will be even better
Here's a pic of my favorite plant at the moment in my polytunnel 100_2365.JPG 100_2366.JPG 100_2367.JPG 100_2368.JPG

I don't know where else to post a message to Mossy, so I will do it here...

It was suggested that as a newbie I simply treat my plant like a tomato. I did, and even with a few problems I harvested what turns out to be some amazingly strong medicine. I am totally stoked and toked! And my second plant is about 45 days into a grow and looks like it will be much better than my first grow. (The third plant is stunted or very dwarf and did not like the heat.) Thank you Mossy!
