I am seeing barely visible tiny white bugs crawling around the top of my pots. I do not see any on my plants???? I do have dyna grow neem oil. Should I use some of that??? and how much???? Thanks!!!

Spider mights hide on the underside of the leaves. They leave puncture wounds that become visible with time. Inspect the underside of leaves look for leaf damage.
Will neem oil kill them!!!!
