Darn fine genetics that's how bro. Personally any seed that I have ever bought from DP do that for me they pop just thinking about it. LOL best of luck bro
Nice man. Congrats. Sounds like its game on now. That doesnt sound abnormal to me. They have a tendency to stretch a little in the beginning. I grow with CFL's as well. They wont stretch to much as long as you lighting is at the correct distance. 2-6 inches is what Ive learned is the best. AFAIK.
Though, I like to keep my seedlings somewhere in between 6-12 inches until they develop a little. Im on my first auto right now. Mine just popped up yesterday I believe. So, sounds like out grows are going to be at the same time. To bad were not growing the same strains. Cheers man, and good luck.:karma: Karma coming your way.
Thanks people! The 1st seedling was leaning toward the CFL so I switched the LED on. I had issues with the LED first grow but I modified my gear and have the light 24" above the seedlings and they are off to the side of the tent. I have another volunteer out of a rockwool cube. Neko I can't wait to see your grow.
I just broke down and ordered some more Technaflora Sugar Daddy to use on this grow. It seems overly complicated to add all of those different nutes. I don't want to switch product between my first and second grows and add another variable to the process. I don't know why it dosen't come in one bottle? Well I do know, they want to sell more bottles of nutes.
It's slow going. I have three up and I think that's all I'm gonna get. The AK and the Steel City are tiny. Does anyone else have an issue with green algae growing on their rockwool cubes? My hydro system has a top feed that keeps the cubes wet until the roots get long enough to reach into the DWC tub. The algae grows when the plants are small and the cubes get a lot of light. It dies off turning black eventually. Is this a problem?
