When I did my first grow I hadn't discovered calmag but once I did realize the problem the stuff didn't seem to work until I lowered the ph to the very minimum and let it rise back up naturally over a few days.
I presumed it was because whatever it can absorb best at the lower end of the ph scale allows it to better utilize the calmag once it gets back up to the 6.4 mark. I've cycled the ph from low to high since then and I've not had any calmag problems.
As far as the diagnosis from your pics I'd agree with other calmag def diagnosis but I'm too noob to diagnose anything plant related yet myself!
Update Day 36 etc...The plants are still growing. I'm getting itchy to start bloom nutes.
I've lowered my PH to 5.4 and I am going to let it drift up into the 6s, thanks Bilbo. Light is at 18/6, 800ppm temps at 78F with lights on. Buds are growing and smell nice. The poor little AK is light green and about 2 1/2" tall. Its being crowded out by the two large plants. I've got my CFL near it. It's on life support. :dunno:
Damn, those buds are already looking good, and their not done stretching . I know how you feel bro. I was itching to start the bloom during the stretch. Just barely started doing bloom myself. A nice relief lol
Keep it up man they look great. Wish I could help more on the hydro end but, all I draw is blanks haha.
