Live Stoner Chat Opened envelope with seeds

I received some seeds yesterday. It was yellow bubble envelope with white sticker on it (my address). But it was opened with knife - not where we open it on top, but just in the middle of envelope. And then it was taped with transparent tape. Very obvious cut and tape!

I contacted breeder where I bought them, and it's nothing missing there - they confirmed number of seeds, two stickers and one rolling papers - and I did ask them what exactly they send to me and not "hey, did you send me rolling papers?". So I am sure this is correct.

We are both from EU, so it's strange to me that someone opened it and nothing is missing (police, postman, border control??). I doubt our postman did this, because he's old man with much respect to people.

Anyone have the same troubles? Should I be worried? Better close growbox and get rid of plants?

post passes through many post people,some often arnt the most carefull.if they catch a package on a van door,they just whack a bit of tape on it.
i had many package with corner torn and a bit of clear or buff tape,obvious it was damaged in transit.all legal goods,shops are shit i use internet a lot.

How often have you heard about an "individuals" grow being decended upon by the Coppers, dismantled and tossed away? I would think not often, but I'm not from the EU. If the postal peeps taped the hole, then it seems like they tried to fix it.

If it was opened and u not legal brother someone knows your name and address. And they aren't your friend .
