Orange spots appearing on small bud-leafs during flowering.

No, they contain citric acid, the key word being acid. Low pH means the soil is acid so adding either of those would lower the pH. You can use baking soda to raise the pH.

6.3 in and 6.2 out is pretty good. Your actual soil pH is probably around 6.0 - 6.1. A bit low but within range. Next feeding raise the pH of your feeds to around 6.6 and check your run off again. You should be fine.

I'll get a digital PH meter ASAP and do what you say! The pot already feels much lighter so that water must be getting used up fast. I don't see the orange spots getting worse or spreading since the flush the leaves that yellowed a bit look like they might be ever so slightly more yellow but apart from that they are alive and pointing to the light and they feel softer they were starting to feel a little bit "hard" when i first noticed the problem.

Oh i forogt to ask, when should i start to feed her again? Should i feed her the next time i water? Should i just give it 1/4 strength or 1/8th the next time and then up to 1/4 after that? Thanks so much for the help man!

Hi Muddy i still can't afford to buy the PH meter yet but i still have the PH testing kit. What im wondering now is if i should feed her the next time im watering? I have mag-cal+, HY-PRO Terra and some molasses.
I noticed something a bit weird about my plant......the very top of it has gone almost white, the tiny little leaf at the top and it looks like theres tiny white hairs its weird. You can see it in this pic here its right at the top of the plant.

Most likely bleaching from the LED bro..especially when the light is close.."AFN smoke out"

Thanks Duggy i suspected thats what was causing it but wasn't sure if the flush i gave her might have been something to do with it so thought id ask here. I've moved the LED back a couple of inches now.

She seems to be fine but the top leafs got a little bit more yellow and i know thats kinda normal at this stage so im not worried alot about it too much as long as the bud looks fine! lol. None of the other leafs have been effected. Im just waiting to feel the soil dry out properly before watering/feeding her again.

I've noticed that the hairs are becoming more and more orange as the time goes on and im sure theres more than half of them orange now maybe even 75%. I don't notice any amber trichromes yet and the hairs still point out of the bud and haven't retracted back into the bud so im hoping if i give her another watering with some feed that she can grow a bit more before being chopped down. Im just a bit worried that i might give her food too late on in the grow and end up with some bud thats not properly flushed? Im hoping theres still at least a couple of weeks worth of growth left just to get it looking a bit fatter and let her eat a little after the abuse she's been given! Do you think i'll have enough time to feed her a couple of times then do a final flush before she's ready to be harvested?

Hey bro... if you could get a photo without the LED on it would be easier to advise on how long until harvest and when to stop feeding.. cheers..:Sharing One:

Yes, that's light bleaching at the top of the plant from the light being too close. Just raise it up a few inches. How do your big fan leaves look, are they yellowing yet? Always post your pictures with your LED off so we can see the true color of the leaves. If your fan leaves aren't yellowing yet, go ahead and give it another feeding. If you haven't read this thread yet, take a look. It will give you a better idea on when to start your final cleanse and when to harvest. https://www.autoflower.org/f44/when-harvest-autos-your-leaves-will-tell-you-4889.html

Hi Duggy i just took some new pics there in the bathroom its already kinda dull outside by the time i get home from work so theres an energy saver bulb on the ceiling but it looks as close to natural light as i can get it right now!

Hi Muddy, the very top fan leafs on the main stem are going yellow but they started to do that when those little orange spots started to appear and after the flush got a bit worse whilst the rest of the leafs look fine to me and alot greener than the ones at the top of the main stem. I have some pics here i tried my best to capture it all and i don't know if i managed to get all the details in the pics but here they are!

They look to be about done. Your big fan leaves are yellowing and it looks like most of your pistols have turned brown/red. If you want more of a head high your could start cleansing them with plain pH balanced water now for the next 10 to 14 days. If you want more of a body stone, give them one more feeding, then start the cleanse.

Hi mate, after viewing my own pics last night i started to notice that the other leafs are starting to yellow too on the veins. Today i can notice the top fan leafs on the side branches are starting to yellow the same way the ones at the top of the main stem are. Another thing i noticed is in the last 2 days the bud seems to have swelled up a bit so it looks a little bit more dense wich is a nice surprise. When i got back from work and looked in the closet i noticed it seems to be more frosty looking aswell.

I think im just gonna give it one watering with a little molasses added to it(unless thats a bad idea or not gonna make a difference?) and get the PH to 6.6 like you said before and then just give it plain PH balanced water until i start to see the leafs falling off and yellowing up more. I heard the molasses can help the bud produce more THC and feeds the bacteria in the soil wich in turn can feed the plant and it also makes it taste better? Thanks for all the help if theres anything else im unsure of i will come back here. Cheers!
