Which strain....wow what a question!! When i do indoor in my microcab(54"X16"X28"grow space) I like grow 7-8 small autos at a time to give me a large variance of toke. Generally I run small autos due to the confined space(if they get 28"tall that leaves them 4" from the LEDs surface)
For me its all about variety

I might be using old tech 100X3w leds but they do a pretty fine job anyways!!

Lol, i think it will depend on the plants. Because different plants can bear different level heat. And i can make sure that our lights also can be used like what you did.
