Hi MDN, looking nice
A little pointer may be that they do like humidity when young & anyway that you can get temps/UV strength or concentrate the UV raise up is going to benefit them unless you already had high humidity and temps so for that reason If you can pop a pint glass over the top of them for the next week then you should see an improvement in growth.
& as for you question with fox farm being enough, the simple answer is yes but if you wanted to, when flowering you could add some other nutes but from what I gather fox farm seems to be pretty good stuff so you would have to be careful of giving your plants nute burn if you added something else as well.
