If you put a ring of Vaseline around the base of the plants they won't be able to cross it. of course if they drop on the plants it won't help or if they come from plants touching them.
Or pyrethrum spray?
You could try couple drops dish soap, a teaspoon of neem oil and couple table spoons of HOT chilli powder mixed up in some water as a spray then wash it off at least a week before harvest to avoid mold.
Thanks for the response, I was researching up last night and I found those and some other methods I can use. I hope these plants turn out to be real monsters!
Caterpillars are pretty easy to control with a pick and squish approach. After a couple days just watch for newly munched leaves. You do have to look over the plants real good those buggers love to hide.
