Its been sterilized.... Pretty much void of life. If that's all you can get I bet you could make it work.... But I would try and find fresh compost... And I believe the coco should be ok. There are others on here that use the stuff from pet store.....

Yea just growing in coco/soil/perlite. And i think bone/blood meal for nutes. Along with emulsion teas. So, that being the case. Should be able to keep organic. Any experience with bone/blood meal. Supposed be 100%nitrogen, and 100%phosphorus.?
Oh and possibly tea recipes you're using or used with a measure of success?
I have both blood and bone meal in my soil. I would just be scared you don't have enuff time to cook your soil. I think I would go light on the soil and use teas and emulations...
Maybe use and organic bottled nuts for first grow with this soil.... And after this grow mix in a mix of amendments and let rest till next time.....
Yea been thinking about that. I am starting sum compost though. From the little bit ive scratched surface i really want to do a living organic soil. For food as well. Don't be mad Sour, lol. Im goin with ff trio. For this run of autos.. its not preferred but available close with a feeding schedule i understand mind you keeping it light and watching plant. But also have a 5 pack of delicious feminised candy, and 5 pack of dinafem deep cheese feminised. Photos... and thinking of putting them out mid july, that way get bout a month or so before light resends under 12hours. Wouldn't be able to man full grow like autos since my kids be back, but still be there daily. So i wanna pop them into a tlo soil. So my next questions are. Should i bother with teas still? Since using ff nutes??? And the mushroom compost with chlorine still work if i had time. Or find living to start the soil for next grow?
No getting mad....lol there is some people that rock that stuff. I don't.... But for the time it sounds like you have before you wanna start you don't really have time for a tlo soil.... So I'll be watching and will help anyway I can. I believe ff is organic... If so teas would good. I think I would still use the mushroom compost. It just has to build up the population microbes again.
Hey now. Had a bit of delay. But on track again. My last trip to the city today. I got coco. Perlite that i had to sift lil blue fertilizer balls out of. Sourdough, are u saying i can still use mush comp for a tlo base?? Will chlorine just eventually evaporate off? I got the perfect place to set up a compost area. Looking at possible different set ups. Im going to grab 2 bags of mush comp, and 2 bags of the same companies manure, which i find interesting has no chlorine like their compost. I have 40 dollars store credit at lowes lol. So should i grab that bone and blood meal?
