Ok so I plan on comparing the sun with 20,100 Lumens of CFL, I want to see the difference in the end product and grow time. The Indoor will be under 24 hour regimen, the outdoor on 11.9 hours per my location.

I put them into germination 2 hours ago they are both going into this soil mix:

16 kilograms of Compost, Moss, Soil, and 1 kilogram of

35% Natural Organic matter
25% Calcium Sulfate
4% Sea Weed
2% Iron sulfate
2% Magnesium sulfate
15% Organic Nitrogen
12% Fosforic Acid
3% Sulfur
2% Zinc Sulfate

They are 60/65 days from seed to weed (not holding my breath) one would assume that around Nov 15 they should be done, Ill give them until the last day of Nov cause then I wanna try my Blue Mamoth and Auto Mazar.

I will only use water, from a well, PH it is at 7.3 good enough for me, I dont beleive I will put any more nutes in the ground, only some earth worms to keep things in order...my soil mix is awesome! :D:

Ill post some pics of my indoor and outdoor setup later on today, here is a pic of seeds on wet paper towel....wife bought it hence the smiling elephants!

This looks interesting! I, too, will be starting my first autos (and first real grow) soon hopefully, pretty much on a 12/12 outdoor natural light cycle as the year carries on. I'd also be interested in finding out a longitude, seeing as you're comfortable in planting outside at this time, as it probably would relate to my situation :] Best of luck in your grow! I'll be following along, friend!

Very enterprising grows. Chewing gum and walking at the same time. Best of luck Amigo!!!!!

LOL Baylee....yeah Im in love with growing, what can I say?

Reddwood I live in South America, in PERU. I am in a premium agricultural area with awesome weather year round, well sometimes July and August are a tad cold at nite, temps dip below 10C but for the most part it is awesome, stable 50% RH and 12 hours of scorching sun.

I just love AFN. We hear from growers from all over the world. This South American grow is going to be fun to watch.

WAKE & BAKE AMERICA!!!!!

LEGALIZE IT!!!!!!!

Ok so there was one aspect of the comparison I wasn't considering, germination time! One seed popped the other one hasn't.

I planted it outside, when the other one shows herself she will go into the grow room.

Are you using elemental Sulfur? Although I'm also one of those who think that sulfur is a macro element, but I'd cut that, as elemental sulfur isn't available for the plants, and can lead to problems and unpleasentness, if it lies around long enough. You are already supplying more than enough sulfur through the sulfates you use. I'd also up the magnesium a little bit.

I'd also add a nice potassium source.

Otherwise very smart recipe :High 5:. This is going to be nice, subbed.
Good Luck to you :tiphat:

Im using an organic mix, sorry dont know what elemental sulphur is! Im a noob and these are my first 2 grows, they are pretty simple in my back yard. I will keep you guys posted of the developments once these babies show themselves! Then we can fine tune the formula as needed.
Cheers!
