Hmmm p3. Never heard of it, can tell me anymore about it?? Sorry for the rough start bro! I saw some of that Jiffy All Natural and Organic seed mix at Lowes yesterday. I was going to buy a few bags of it, and then I remembered how hot people say it is. Maybe that's part of your problem. I hope whatever it is you can get it figured out!

You do have to look very carefully and make sure there are no time release nutes added to the mix. Around here I can get the plain Jiffy Mix at Walmart or big box hardware stores, but I have seen other soil products by the brand with varying amounts of nutrients. Most seedling mixes will have a very light amount of nutrients, but nothing compared to most soils you'd find at your average Home Depot. Even LW has some worm castings in it as a starter food for young plants, so a small amount of nutrients aren't going to kill or stunt your seedlings. Certainly not like a heavily amended compost or bag soil like Ocean Forest would. The time release nutes are what causes so many problems since you can't control feeding, and unfortunately they're in almost all mass merchandised soils.

Just got a bag of Epsoma Organic Seed Starter and it does not contain any fertilizers. t does contain Myco's

Update,Seems it didnt like my usual mix of soil I make.They are slooowly going,but wounded.So,ill be re planting one in a few hours and maybe the other one too.That one seems to be slowly pulling out of it.Ive been slowly watering her a bit more tto help flush it out some.

But plan on a redo in all honesty.I wanna make sure I get these to take.ill be back in a handful of days with an update and some pics hopefully.be good everyone.

Soaked two since last evening planning for this very thing dernit.I hate when Im right.LOL!

yeap,they were funky sick.so I put them outta their misery(and mine,i hate sick seedlings) n put two in their place that I was soaking since yeasterday.Soaked for roughly 16-18 hours(filtered water).and used the TLO mix plugged with my seedling mix I mixed up.Im very confident that they should do really well in it.ok,lemme go knock on some wood.LOL!take care and ill be back in roughly a week or several days anywho with an update.:Sharing One:

Very Impressed

My usual is soaking a seed for around a 16 hour period.Ive almost always have done this and this time is no exception.Yet Ive only had this happen three or four times.Ive planted a fair amount of beans in my day.

So, Im very impressed.I had to use tweezers and a toothpick.LOL!I never handle a bean once its got a tail.Im bettin in less than a 36 hour period I have em pokin up.T'minus 36 hours. LOL!:Sharing One:

:Sharing One: Hey ya'll.One of the two are up.Same conditions and everything.i'll try planting my second to the last I got and see if it takes.the first two were toast cuz I used the wrong soil.but im suprised I only got one this time.Looks all kinds of healthy.It struggled for a day,so I had to help the husk off with a tooth pick.less than 30 minutes later its reachin hard n fast.ill keep ya posted.

i'll give the other pot a few more days.

I was spraying my lil P3 sprout and the little cup filled with water.In the past Id let it sit of blow hard on it to try n get it gone.

But since Ive taken an easier approach to most things now,A frigin Q-tip is super killer.dude!!I hit the top side of an unfurling seedling(ligh touch to it near start of V ) and it pulled the whole drop outta there.I swear it looked dry.LOL!food for thought

Second sprout is up/ P3

I popped open the tent and saw an uber looking helthy sprout reaching for the stars so I thought Id lettcha know.Awesome!!Maaaan,my table is soo full till this afernoon n stick all my photos out side for a half day today.

Second one came up

The second one came up this afternoon,had to take the skin off.It was suctioned on there kinda good.LOL! I'll update when first set starts to show.dont mind the dark stems.a lil cool tonight.
