New Grower Paint vs Mylar??

Ive read up that some growers use flat white paint on the walls of grow box instead of mylar anyone use this method?? making a 2.5x2.5 x 4foot tall grow box.

There are some growers that will use paint or just white plastic but mylar is considered the best if you have a choice.

Flat white paint is close to Mylar in reflectivity, 82-88% for paint, 92% for Mylar. A lot cheaper too...lol!

Thanks for replys! pop22 you replyed to me in the led forum about the mars 300 light you think its too much light for a 2.5x2.5x4' grow box? Brand new ! dont want to f up too bad first time out!!! You think i should just stick w cfls????
