Old Reviews PAX 2 vs. Pulsar APX - Is the PAX 2 Worth $140 more???

I was thinking of getting the PAX 2 ($200) then saw a review here for the Pulsar APX that costs $140 less! I am willing to pay more if the PAX is significantly better. On the other hand, if they are similar I would prefer to save $140!!
