I'm with you on this issue. My point is that people who park in handicapped spots that are not handicapped. That is they do NOT have a HANDICAP sticker fixed to the window. If you do have a sticker then you are allowed to park w/o an issue. I don't look to see if you are physically impaired, but do you have a sticker that says you are allowed to park.

Yup there are people who use stickers, who have no right to them.
There used to be a black market with the old orange stickers in the uk the new blue ones have bar codes and other feature to stop this .
If someone is legitimately given a sticker, no matter what the disabilty is, as long as it is valid, no problem what so ever.
Anyone who is in no way entitled to a disability sticker and is a total shyster, should be "F'ed" in the "A" with a medieval rust covered spikey mace. lol only joking

If a person has a handicap where it is hard for them to walk then I have no problem with them having a parking sticker.
