Day 57. The photo bed. Wow! This was after a week of lower than average temps and little sun. The weather for next week is fantastic and they will love. Pic 1 ; a overall shot pic 2; overhead and 3 shows the size of the buds so far. The tallest are 3 ghost train haze, they streched quite a bit, they are sold as sativas after all. The photo buds are a little behind the autos right now but going strong. They took the pollenation well and have many small seeds. 5 more weeks should put them at the end of nov. and enough time to set seeds. They have traveled far beyond the 3 x 3 foot bed they were planted in and from the overhead can see they are making a sea of green.
Looking good as always you are a well experienced grower and it shows. I bet you are proud of theese i know i would be. I have been following this since you started and never had a doubt in them not growing. Just shows how much work and dedication you have put in your grow area. I bet these are going to smoke really nicely for you and congrats on breeding going good.:thumbs::clap::clap::drool:
Same day, the auto bed. Pic 1 shows the stunted ones in the foreground. Pic 2 and pic 3 shows the buds on the 5 that were not stunted. I started with 16 of each and now am down to 5 decent plants in the auto bed. In the photo bed are all healthy except 4 males that I pulled. The up side of the autos is they are a little ahead of the others in flowering but stoped growing to do so. They will never fill in or sence the males were in the stunted group, they have yet to release any pollen, so no seeds. The autos are making a poor showing. Except for one, the volentere in the photo bed.
Here is the bell of the ball! Pic 1 shows where she was broken over and then just leaned against the wall. 2 and 3 show how she is shaded some but look at her color. A dark vivbrant green. It should be, she has been getting full strenth ferts along with the photos. Her top buds are loaded with seeds from the o.g. ghost train haze male that hung over her for a month. At the fifth node I sprayed her to force pollen and she has 2 limbs that are male The plant that keeps on giving. I will let the pollen drift down to the lowest buds just forming and also get a crop of feminized seeds. She is the mother of what is to come for me.
One last thing. These 9 fingered leaves. They are on both autos and photos and I do not remember ever seeing this befor. Is this something that is common? Please show me some similar pics if you have them. Thanks.
