Got cha! See the reason I germ In rockwool is because my seeds never pop any other way for me until I bought the germination station and heat mat and it always worked for me that way so im really scared to try to germinate any other way..I don't want to stray too far from where youre at right now, which is successfully germinating a seed and getting into veg, but keep an eye on the big picture regarding the life cycle of an autoflower. An 8-10 week plant will move through three seasons of compressed growth in its relatively short lifetime. This equates to roughly 3 weeks of spring, 3 weeks of summer, and three weeks of fall. Changes happen fast and it is best to be mindful of where youre at in the lifecycle as far as expectations of what your plant should look like as well as its light and nute requirements. That being said the best plants, at the end of their life are most often the worst looking. Check the bom/pom thread and tell me if you agree. The best plants, truly "finished" plants with frosty palm sized buds, are yellow from top to bottom and have few to none of their primary leaves left. To me this is a sign of a properly grown plant, simply allowed to do what it is supposed to. Yield and potency can only be maximized by optimizing the environment that surrounds a plant over the duration of its lifetime.
