PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! Little white bugs in soil.

I have little white bugs in my soil they are tiny and move fast they don't fly. I will try to get a pic of them tonight. My plant is starting to look like it has a nitrogen deficiency I did see some gnats flying around a little while ago what do I do? I don't wanna loose this girl.

Hopefully the little white bugs are fungus larvae. This is a relatively easy fix.
Get some yellow sticky traps for adults asap. In conjunction with that, I used Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth, sprinkled on top of soil to kill larvae.

Put a potato wedge into the soil. If it's fungus gnats larvae, they will cover it

Do you have any clean sand? You could put a layer on top to suffocate those bastards! Personally, I prefer D.E. but for the meantime sand will help. Some growers use sand as a precautionary measure.

The other thing you want to do is, let the pot dry out real good. Fungus gnats show up 9 times out of 10 from overwatered. Starve them f***ers!

Also...While you wait on sticky traps...I would put a shallow pan, on the floor, with an inch of water, a splash of vinegar and a lil squirt of dish soap. The vinegar attracts them. The soap weighs them down. The water drowns them.
Sticky traps are better but that works in a pinch

Based on that video, those are soil mites. I'm pretty sure. I bought a bag of Black Gold soil 3 weeks ago.. Filled a pot. Pre watered it and the next morning those exact same spiders were crawling all over the top layer of soil. I threw out the pot and returned the soil. The manager at that particular ACE comfirmed that they have had a soil mite issue with thier soils. Some had soil mites and some had wood mites. But those little white ones I had that looked exactly like thosr, were called soil mites. I wish I knew a solution though.

Man that's some mercenary tactics right there !!! And your right,absolutely right,hit em with everything you can..the DE is a great choice for the "soil" type bugs,and the sticky traps are great for the flying pests.. I think the yellowing might be unrelated but wait for an answer from @Waira ,sounds like you have things taken care of for @TheWeekendGrower ..
