Hey AFN

Im looking to changing to leds and I need someone to steer me in the right direction. Ive read a lot of reviews but would like to hear what you guys have to say. Im looking to spend >500$ and I would like ONE light to fill my tent which is 5x5 feet. I would also like the ability to switch from vedge to bloom.

Thanks in advance :)

Hi Bobbygrow:Sharing One:I am currently using a few LED's and my GNms006 really stands out from the rest i would recommend this light but they seem to be out of stock and are re-stocking with a new generation that is supposed to be even better. Currently waiting for them to be released so i can try one out... Not long now i believe and i think they are going to be £300ish not sure about the shipping to US in afraid.
i have heard great things about Apollo lights too...
Best of luck brother

A bit more north then the US. Thanks! They look BAD ASS. It would pay for itself. Ive got over 1000w hps and its killing me. Add in AC,Humidifier,Fans,Pumps,Chillers its a must. Thanks for the responses!

Your not going to get just one light that will give a 5x5 coverage You'll need at least 2 lights. My 2 lights cover about 4x4. They might do 5x5 but I suspect the light at the edges might be a bit weak. I'm considering adding 1 more to get good coverage for about 4x6 with a little overlap. The only single light that I know of that would cover an area that large would be the GroBlu 750 watt and I'll tell ya, it AIN'T cheap! lol. And the grownorthern lights are nice yes, but one won't give you that big of a footprint

yeah I too am looking for two high powered LED's to throw some serious lumens n rays down on my 5X5 area too.I saw some that looked great but WAY too expensive, holy crap they are pricey.and I know they have cheaper ones that work even better.so ill be watching this to see what might be recommended.Im gonna use every corner too so I need excellent coverage.two may not be enough.lol..oh well.like three or four all screwed onto a movable platform as one n use my ratchets.LOL or into two seperate sections. with extra fans pulling warm air outta there with a small button fan er two."AFN smoke out"

For a 5x5 area, I would buy 4 new 75W GN units(coming on market in a month) and forget about lights for a looong time.
A bit pricey but for 1300 pounds you would have top led lights with top performance and very low energy consumption.

Just a thought.
