Poppin Poppies

These are some self sets that have been appearing in my garden for the last few years. I thought they were papaver somniferum but my crude harvesting of milk resin last year didn't create much of an effect. I'll be seeding a small bed next spring.

yeahi have been meaning to get to these outdoors in a soil I like thats mellow. but this year was too much to do. but this season I hope to visit them early. gonna plant a bunch of them. my pain is getting to the point where I need some help with something and I really am not too big on bog pharma yet i do take pain pills when I get them. but until i get my next script maybe next year or so..maybe LOL! ill need something in between. like Milk of the poppy, and some infused canna oils n such :D

I been tryin and failing to get a poppy to grow in me cupboard.will put em outdoor pot in spring.:pighug:

I heard, well was told that they are really sensitive as well. is that true on all or most ? or only some types of Poppies? Thanks man. thats what jacked me last time,I decided to think I was extra cool and feed them oh sooo lightly and it killed(almost killed em) them darned near LOL

I can only speak for central UK, they grow in dirt with no trouble. No fuss, no food, no pampering....just till the soil nicely and put them out at the right time about 3/4 inch deep. Or just scatter and rake over. Worked for me. Honest guv. Would I lie to you ? Don't answer that !

eP.
