Each breaker in your panel protects that cicut from being over loaded to prevent wires from melting, fires, etc.
You may want to shut off the same breaker and see if you have any nearby outlets that still have power. Those will be on a seperate circut, so use them when you vac and your gals should stay in the light.

Generally dont use so many things off of one circuit, try and work out which circuit ur grow runs off and dont plug anything new into it, use extension lead from another circuit
