Yep. I have lost sides of plants where the fan moved and blew directly on them. It desiccates them. It is simply not true that closer is better (even with a cool tube). Plants breath through tiny holes in their leaves (stomata). They lose water like this in the same way that human breath is damp. If they lose more water than they can suck up, they will dry out and die. They respond to this by closing their stomata, holding their breath until it is cooler. Without inhaling CO2, they cannot photosynthesise. The light falling on them does nothing and so the attempt to increase growth actually inhibits it.

I know already I may have chosen too small pots. They are 5.5 Liters . Anyone else growing in coco here? I am currently using 2ml of A + b pr liter.
Have used less the other times I have fed them. Should I feed them with A+B every time i water?
And can the problem I have simply be because i dont give them enough water + the heat?

crome you would be better getting a ph / ec meter mate and go by the ec so you know what the girls are getting feed wise , have a look in my diary about the nutes mate 
I was hoping as the guy in the headshop said that canna coco was easy to grow in. And was hoping not to run into any major problems. I know as you said I should measure ph / ec. But was hoping I did not need to buy that as money wise im a little limited. But will try to borrow or get myself a meter. Have read a little in your diary, guess I need to read some more

i like! Have increased distance to hps to lower heat also.
