New Grower problem with indoor growing very small and slow

Welcome to AFN and don't give up. If you can get promix do it. Try and get soil with starter nutes than don't feed for two or three weeks. A small fan blowing (low speed) at the pot will help make the stem strong and dry the surface making the tap root go deeper for water. Less is best for feeding, use 1/4 recomended amount when you start feeding. I only feed once per week, fox farms is what I am using. Ph is very important, water, soil, run-off, and nute mix. Put your hand under your light, if it feels too hot you have it too close to your plant. Post what you are going to do and let the gang at AFN advise you before you do it. I know what it feels like to fail at a grow. It's ok because every grow will teach you something important, even the failed ones. Everyone here wants to see you have a good grow.

Are you checking your runoff? Even with watering at 6.5 over and over, that doesn't mean that's what your soil's ph is, mate...So we need runoff readings.

Also, I'm no HPS expert but I'm pretty sure it should be more than a foot(30cm) away from your girls. That is cooking them I believe.

Also, I can't picture exactly how your ventilation is setup. Can you post pics? Sounds like you may not be getting enough air.

So what we have here is possible suffocation, light too close and cooking it AND ph being off. Sounds real similar to my first grow or two. And that's what happened to my plants. Ask anyone here or go check my grows out. Awful, mate.

Get some pics up, back that light up and test your run off.

how shold i do run off my freind ?

and i must to say it is the best forum i see!
every one really really try to help 10x all !!!

When it comes time to water, and every watering to keep tabs, water your container until you get about 10% runoff(that's the water that drains out of the bottom.
Collect that and test the ph with your digital meter.
Then you sorta take the difference of the two to know about where you're at.

Say you put 6.5 in and the runoff tests 7.0. In my experience that means your soil's ph is around 7.3 or so, which is too high and locking out vital nutrients your plant needs.

ok i try it today and give you the test result , but if i give so much water until water come out for so litlle plant it can cause overwatring ?

Is it a coco mix or a peat moss mix you have said coco but you listed peat moss?

What kind of water arwe you using? it may be here and i missed it

I would assume since you posted the ratios it is coppied from the bag could you take a pic of the bag?
and as mentioned that is alittle too close for the young ones raise the light and let them stretch a bit it will fill in w/ bud later
from everything you listed i would say it is from the type of water you are using and the "stuff" in the water is showing proper ph but it will still quickly lock out nutrients
like my city water that i now have is great for cal mag decient ppm on everything except sodium is too high
well if i don't put atleast 1/3 filtered water i will have the same issue w/ ph over time
