yes this soil is with feeding for the first 2 week
and have PH OF 6.5 STABLE

no nute's in start soil! thats the best way to start! plant's stunted from nute's!

take regular soil from garden for the first weeks? and after that move for my soil or what?
and how much i need to water when this girls are so small? only near the root or all the gallon?

Was this Allmix Lightmix or CocoMix? In soil-less substrates I run a PH of 5.9 to 6.0.

First off let me welcome you to AFN! Also NEVER GIVE UP THE GROW! Always will be first time stumbling blocks. I'm not sure why but I can not see your attached pics... From what I gather sounds like maybe your under watering the plants... I also have troubling judging when to water etc...
A little more info would be good... What are the temps in your grow area? How far away is the light from the plants?
